Our return policy applies to retail and wholesale customers.
- Product must be in new condition, any item opened or used will not be accepted to return. This also includes purchase of wrong color, texture is not was expected
- All items returned must be in its original packaging, it should be in resell able condition where Nature’s Own Cosmetics is able to take the product and place it back on the shelf to resell. If item is returned and deemed used the customer at their own expense will have the option to ship the product back to them.
- Returns accepted up to 14 days after ordering. Wholesale customer may return products within 24hrs
- Customer must call in for an Return Merchandise authorization number to return item. Customer will be required to
- Take photo of the product
- Send to Nature’s Own Cosmetics for review
- If product is deemed damaged Nature’s Own cosmetics will pickup damaged product and have a new one replaced
- All discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or receipt of order in person.
- 15% restocking fee on returned items.
