Gelatin – 300 Bloom – Pork-Skin – Superclear™ has a gel strength of 300 + 10 bloom, a viscosity of 53.0 + 8.0 mps, and a pH level of 4.80 + 0.60. This product is made of dry granules with 99% passing through a #40 mesh U.S. standard sieve. It is a purified and sterilized collagen extracted from pork-skin. Pork Skin Gelatin has no objectionable odor or flavor. It is soluble in hot water, and insoluble in cold water.
